Come to this very special Summer Reading Edition of Lego Club to build DINOSAUR Lego kits!

Play with the Library’s expansive collection of Legos, and build anything and everything you want! From racecars to buildings to spaceships, you can build freestyle or borrow a Lego book from the Library for inspiration. This is a great program to bring the family together!

Ms. Taylor is gearing up to venture off on her next big adventure after Summer Reading wraps! While we are sad to see her go, we of course wish her all the best. In the meantime, we're excited for the opportunity to welcome a new face to the Casey County Public Library team!

We will be accepting applications for the Children's Services Coordinator position between Tuesday, June 2 and end of business day Thursday, June 18. We are looking for a passionate, creative individual with strong programming skills. We work together to empower patrons to imagine the possibilities, discover their potential, and connect with their community.

Play everyone’s favorite game of chance: Bingo!

Play for free and win fun prizes such as candy, bookmarks, trinkets, and more! We’ll play several rounds of bingo, ending with a coverall round. Keep an eye out for special themes with unique prizes!

🎨 Teen Art: Faux Stained Glass

🕑 5:00 - 6:30 PM

Exercise your creative side with a different art form every month!

For teens and tweens, there’s no limit to your creativity at Teen Art. Get introduced to projects such as water colors, sculpting, painting, and even digital art forms such as pixel art! Fun for all skill levels!

This session’s project will be Faux Stained Glass.

-Ages 11-17
-Sign-ups not required
-All supplies provided, but it’s suggested to wear play clothes for messy projects, such as painting

Bring a team of your own or join a team at the event and compete! Some months will feature a theme, while others will be general trivia. Snacks provided. The first and second place winners will get a prize!

Starting today, children under 17 can log their reading time to "Read Down their Fine" here at the Library!

Did your child lose a book, or accidentally damage one? They can pay off their fine all by themselves by reading! Reading logs can be picked up at the Library. All kinds of reading counts, including audiobooks, graphic novels/manga, and being read to! Every 30 minutes earns 1$ off the reader's fine, up to a total of 30$ per calendar year.
