I added new books to our little free library today. Please bring a great book to swap so that we may keep it full for everyone. We accept book donations on our covered porch at any time and will use them to fill our little library, donate to schools and programs in need of books, and fill little free libraries all over Lake and Cook counties. Thanks for being a part of our community.

Thanks to a very generous community member, we have children's books to offer to our community. These boxes contain everything from board books to chapter books. Please take a look and feel free to take what you'd like for your home libraries, school libraries, preschools, after-school programs, etc. Please dm me for our address. I plan to take what is left to other community organizations and schools this week. Thank you, Katie and family!

Those of you who know me well know I've faced my fair share of this type of nonsense. Usually, I don't worry much at all, though, because people like this don't typically READ! I've been told by multiple people that I should also feature books about politicians and figures I vehemently disagree with, to be equitable. Um, no, but thanks for making me laugh so hard my cheeks hurt 😅 Feel free to purchase and install your own and put whatever you'd like in it, buddy! I'll continue to offer the books I'd like, in my little library, in my yard🥰
