Gustavo and his family are thriving in their new apartment, made possible through Inclusionary Housing.

CPAH helps the communities of Deerfield, Evanston, Highland Park, Northbrook, and Skokie administer affordable rental units created through their inclusionary housing ordinances. This house has found its home!

Geometry in Construction moving day is always an incredible sight. Congratulations to our friends at Evanston Township High School on another successful year!

Built by ETHS students as part of their math curriculum, this home was moved today to its permanent location on Darrow Ave. Next year, it will be sold through CPAH's Community Land Trust program to an income-qualified buyer, where it will remain permanently affordable for generations to come.

It's all coming together!

Progress is taking shape on Deerfield Rd in Highland Park, where 8 new townhomes are nearing completion. With exteriors nearly finished, these 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath homes will soon be ready to welcome new homeowners.

We look forward to sharing more updates as these homes move closer to becoming available. Stay tuned!

We're celebrating with Leslie and Raul who just closed on their Highland Park home through our Community Land Trust (CLT) program!
