The Ligonier Valley couldn’t have asked for better weather Saturday as Ligonier Borough hosted its first free movie in the park event at Friendship Park.

Thank you, thank you to all who came out tonight and supported our movie fundraiser! Shrek under the stars was pretty cool and we had a great turnout!

It's all tested and ready for tomorrow night! Seating will be on the tennis courts, so pack your blankets & chairs (& maybe some bug spray! 🤭) and pick out the best spot for the movie!

*Basket raffle and activities from the Ligonier Valley Library
*Chat all things biking with the Laurel Highlands Youth Cycling & Flat Tire Bike shop
*Cuddle the adorable animals from Ravenwood Mobile Petting Zoo, &
*Learn more about our project plans & purchase popcorn, drinks, t-shirts and stickers with all proceeds going towards funding our project!

The movie will start at dusk (approximately 8:30 pm), so be sure to bring your chairs and blankets to get comfy!
