🚨 Important Information for Tomorrow's Event 🚨
Good afternoon! As tomorrow's event quickly approaches, we'd like to share a few important reminders to help ensure everything runs as smoothly and safely as possible.
🧑🧑🧒🧒Parents
We will have water slides available during the event. For everyone's safety, we ask that you please ensure your child is as dry as possible before entering the building. The floors inside the bays can become very slippery when wet.
📝 Registration
To receive a book bag and meal, all attendees must first check in at the registration table, which will be located in the first bay at the front of the building. This will be the only entrance to the front of the building.
At registration, each eligible child will receive:
• • 🎒 One ticket for a book bag
• • 🌭 One ticket for a hot dog, chips, and a drink
• • Parents you will recieve one ticket as well if you are planning on eating as well.
Please note:
• • One meal ticket is required per person.
• • Meals are limited to one hot dog, one bag of chips, and one drink per ticket.
• • Individuals without a meal ticket will not be able to receive food.
These procedures are in place to help ensure everyone has an opportunity to enjoy a meal while supplies last.
⚠️ Book Bag Distribution
Please read this section carefully, as it is very important.
This event is first come, first served.
To ensure every child attending has the opportunity to receive a book bag, a child must be present at registration to receive one. Our volunteers have been instructed not to distribute book bags to adults unless the child is present.

🚁 Life Flight Arrival
If you would like to watch the Life Flight helicopter land, it is expected to arrive at approximately 11:30 a.m. Please note that the arrival time is subject to change based on operational needs.
🚗 Parking
• • Accessible parking will be available in the station parking lot.
• • General parking will be located in the grass area on the right side of the station, between the station and the gas station.
