Tai Chi Class - January 5, 2026
Time: 11:30 -12:30
Library will be providing free TaiChi classes with the help of the Pennsylvania Rural Arts 1889 Grant and the Memorial Community Center. TaiChi is a movement science closely linked to traditional Chinese medical theories and practices. This class will introduce basic concepts of TaiChi biomechanics as they relate to improving balance, postural alignment, and circulation for stress reduction and health maintenance. You do not need to attend all classes! Classes will be every other Monday. Please call the library (814) 886-7543 for more dates and time! Everyone Welcome!
