It’s that time of the year! We got to do some ice diving today at Ottawa Metro Park. The ice was around 6 inches thick and the weather was perfect!

The dive team annual swim test and equipment check at Wapak YMCA

The dive team was called out to 8098 Bechtol Rd in reference to a car submerged in a pond. Everyone was able to get out of the car safely and no injuries were reported. A diver was able to enter the water and hook a tow chain to the car. The vehicle was pulled out and recovered.
