Be Well in Lima

Despite the unfavorable weather, we had a great workout Moving More at the inaugural Murph Challenge here in Lima! 3 Be Well in Lima committee members participated, 5 others joined us.

There was a good mix of those doing the full Murph minus the 20 # vest (event chair Adam Lewis included!),and those doing the Mini Murph (any combination of laps, pullups, pushups, squats, and more laps).
