Sentinel Clean Power has the potential to create between 10 to 20 long-term positions with good pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement over the life of the project.
And as Lincoln County has experienced, the construction period for renewable energy projects – expected to last about 18 months for Sentinel – creates an economic stimulus throughout the area.
During that time, Sentinel will create about 400 construction jobs, requiring a wide range of specialty technicians, including equipment operators, carpenters, steel and iron workers, concrete laborers and finishers, electricians, plumbers, painters, and truck drivers.
At the same time, construction generates economic opportunities for area service industries, such as hotels, grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations, benefiting a wide range of residents.

As Lincoln County has experienced, wind projects generate millions of tax dollars providing new revenue for local services like public health, emergency services and education. We estimate that Sentinel Clean Power will generate about $1.3 million per year in new tax revenue, helping strengthen Lincoln County services and the local economy.

We’re proud to be part of “Stories in the Sky”, a spectacular Drone Show series honoring America's 250th and Colorado's 150th anniversaries. Our show happens during Heritage Day THIS Saturday, June 13th!

Hosting one of these dazzling displays is a big undertaking. To make it happen, the drone show company, Brightflight Drone Shows, is looking for 4–5 local residents to join the crew for the night!

⌚️ 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Saturday, June 13th
💵 $18/hour, paid at the end of the night
✅ No experience required

You'll be working alongside the Brightflight Drone Shows team to:
🔹 Set up drones before the show
🔹 Serve as a visual observer during the show
🔹 Help pack up afterward
