Welcome to Mountain View Electric Association's page. MVEA, incorporated in 1941, is a not-for-profit electric cooperative owned and run by the members it serves. We provide electric service to a portion of eight counties located within a 5,000 square mile territory. A board of directors from seven different geographic districts and elected by the members, governs our business.

We welcome you and your comments to the MVEA page. The purpose of our page is to present helpful information and matters of interest to MVEAโs members and the community. Any customer service issues that need immediate attention, such as power outages, should not be posted on Facebook because we cannot guarantee a timely response. Please report power outages by calling 1-800-388-9881. Any specific questions about your MVEA account or your power bill should be handled in person or by phone at 1-800-388-9881. MVEA reserves the right to remove any post we feel is inappropriate, rude, offensive or any negative feedback that is presented without constructive criticism. We will delete comments that contain vulgar language, or personal attacks of any kind. We reserve the right to remove any unsolicited advertising and comments that include links to other sites; are clearly off topic; advocate illegal activity; promote particular services, products, or political organizations; or infringe on copyrights or trademarks. Those who repeatedly post inappropriate content will be blocked from commenting on the page. Please do not post any personal information. You risk your own security and privacy when you do this.
