The YLL 30 retreat set the tone for an unforgettable year. Students connected with peers from all over the city, dug into their values and leadership identity, and took on the high ropes course together. We’re especially grateful for our YLL alumni who came back to support, chaperone, and build the evening campfire! 🏕️ Staying connected with our alums is so incredibly special. Here’s to a powerful beginning for our 30th anniversary cohort! 🎉💙

Celebrating all of the incredible women nominated for this year’s Inspire Awards. Lincoln is stronger because of leaders who lift their communities, open doors for others, and model what service looks like in action.

A special shout out to our very own world traveler and Director of Programs and Leadership Development, Marthaellen Florence. She was nominated for Excellence in Nonprofit, and it is so well deserved. Marthaellen has spent her career working in nonprofits, including Leadership Lincoln, and she has served on many nonprofit boards throughout the years. Her experience, wisdom, and mad skills continue to help Leadership Lincoln level up. The lion photo from her travels is a perfect reminder of the strength and presence she brings to every room she enters. 🦁

Huge congrats to all of the nominees. Our city is better because of you.✨
