VOTE NOW! OR ON APRIL 4th IN THE PRIMARY ELECTION!
Attention Lancaster County Republicans! These are exciting times! Our party is growing stronger by the day – as shown by our full slate of candidates for the current April 4th primary and May 2nd elections. These are hard-working conservatives who are passionate about serving our community and making a positive impact.

It's clear that interest and enthusiasm for the LCRP is on the rise. More and more people are stepping up and showing an interest in running for office, and we believe that this is a testament to the values and principles that our party represents.

We are confident that our candidates will do an excellent job of representing us and our values, and we encourage everyone to get out and show their support. Together, we can continue to build a strong and vibrant community that we can all be proud of.

Thank you for your continued support, and let's make this a great election season for the LCRP!

Thank you to the Lancaster County Republicans for preparing and hosting tonight’s Lincoln Reagan Dinner. Tonight’s lineup of speakers included conservative activist and founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk. Kirk spoke on the importance of winning back our youth and how to how to take down the Socialist agenda. However, our students left tonight with not only words of wisdom, but the memory of Charlie Kirk meeting directly with us and his local Turning Point USA chapter.

Under their leadership, College Republicans is now the largest political organization on campus with 237 members. President, Wyatt Cassidy, says:

“At the end of the day, I don’t care if we’re the largest or the smallest organization on campus. We have members that have voted democrat and are pro-choice. While I may not agree with all of the opinions and stances I’ve heard during Wednesday meetings, I deem it essential for all voices to be heard. I’ve changed my stance on many issues during my time as President and I love when our members debate topics and find where their passion is and why they have been led to believe certain viewpoints over time. Of course I wish everyone agreed with me but it doesn’t work that way. The biggest takeaway I want our members to have is that one political party will not solely be the reason for future prosperity. The only way we will notice change as students, citizens, and Americans is when we realize that everyone is entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Patrick Henry said it best, ‘Give me Liberty or Give me Death.’ And of course, Go Big Red”

Thank you to Senator Suzanne Geist for sponsoring our table at Rick Green’s presentation about what it truly means to be a patriot and how to be a “winter soldier.” Thank you to all those who put this event together and we look forward to helping the effort of building the party from the bottom up! 🇺🇸

Beginning in October of 1621, Pilgrims began the Thanksgiving tradition after celebrating their first successful harvest in the Americas. Although a lot has changed since 1621 like the creation of the U.S, the Industrial Revolution, and a global war on terrorism, much of the issues have stayed the same. At the end of the day, it’s not about what party you belong in or who you voted for. Thanksgiving is a day to be thankful for family, friends, food on the table, and the opportunity to live in a land that respects life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Enjoy your turkey, stuffing, pie, and maybe even sit back and enjoy the sunset. God bless you and god bless America🇺🇸

Thank you to those who came out tonight to hear what Nebraska Republican Governor candidate Jim Pillen had to share with students. Answering students’ questions ranging from the high property taxes of Nebraska to the role his Catholic beliefs play in his policies, Jim Pillen gave our members an idea into what he stands for. We had a great time and we thank Jim Pillen for taking time out of his day to present to us as he approaches the finish line in his long and admirable campaign. 🇺🇸

We had a wonderful time hosting Jim Pillen and we look forward to supporting him in the ballot box Nov. 8. Pillen stayed to answer all of our student’s questions and taught us the importance of standing up for what you believe in regardless of age. Pillen entered a room full of 30 Republican students and left with 30 Republican voters. Thank you again🇺🇸

In Lancaster County, the home of Lincoln, NE, there are 80,111 registered Republican voters and 70,054 registered Democrat voters. In Lincoln alone, there are 2,000 more registered republicans than democrats.

However in the 2020 Presidential Election, the Biden/Harris ticket received 12,000 more votes than the Trump/Pence option. Making matters worse, more than 80% of elected officials in Lincoln are Democrats.

This leads us to an essential question. Why have Lincoln and Lancaster county elections been politically dominated by democrats? We can blame voter fraud or the falsifying of votes all we want but in 2020, there were 45,000 registered voters who didn’t even cast a ballot; a majority of whom were Republicans ages 18-55.

America is at a crossroads. Whether you think your vote counts is another debate, but not voting can only hurt your voice. Vote this Nov 8 for the midterms and have your voice heard 🇺🇸
