We can't gather together currently, so I recorded a "brown bag" talk (without the lunch) for the Preservation Association of Lincoln which is broadcasting on the City of Lincoln's LNKTV channel from mid-April 2020 thru mid-May 2020 and is available on-line at

My topic is "Re-Walking the Near South Neighborhood," sharing new "finds" from the current project to re-issue that neighborhood's walking tour booklets in 3 volumes. Vol. 1 came out in 2019; Vol. 2 is written, is being laid out, and should be available within the coming months. Volume 3 will be have a 2021 publication date, I hope.
