At its spring meeting, our Board of Directors adopted a balanced budget for the eighth consecutive year, filled a vacancy, prepared for contract negotiations, established a new scholarship fund, and much more.

Mike Zgud was a trailblazer in the Nebraska labor movement and will be remembered for his welcoming presence, strong leadership, and passion to improve the lives of his fellow Nebraskans. We miss our friend and brother, but we are so proud of the legacy he left.
