Current mood: Waiting for hygiene donations to magically appear. ✨

Since magic isn't a reliable fundraising strategy, we're asking for your help!

As we prepare for another school year, we're collecting hygiene essentials for the survivors and families we serve. Your donation helps ensure everyone who comes through our doors has access to basic necessities and a little extra peace of mind.

💜 Because dignity starts with the basics.

In observance of Juneteenth, our office will be CLOSED for walk‑in services on June 19. However, our 24/7 crisis line will remain open, because support and safety are always essential.

📞 24/7 Crisis Line: (402) 476-7273

Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom, resilience, and the enduring strength of Black communities. It also holds deep emotional weight a reminder of generational trauma, ongoing inequities, and the continued fight for justice and liberation.

At Voices of Hope, we honor that healing is not linear and that freedom is both a historical milestone and a present‑day journey. For many, Juneteenth is a day of joy. For others, it brings reflection, grief, or complex emotions. All of those experiences are valid.

Today, we hold space for:

✨ Those celebrating their heritage and joy
✨ Those carrying the weight of history
✨ Those working toward healing and safety
✨ Those advocating for justice and equity

You deserve to feel supported, affirmed, and safe not just today, but every day.

Juneteenth reminds us that liberation is collective, healing is powerful, and every person deserves a life free from violence and fear. We stand with you.
