🔊Meet our Teacher Assistant for Menard Head Start, Shelby Vogt🔊

She previously worked at a middle school as a front entrance supervisor and really enjoyed seeing everyone coming and going. Shelby is most excited to "get in my classroom and teach and shape young minds!"

Fun Fact: She is born and raised in Petersburg and feels like working in her hometown will be a great advantage for her. Shelby also has a dog and loves music.

The SBB Research Group Foundation supports ambitious organizations solving unmet needs with thoughtful, long-term strategies. This week their staff volunteered to pack 100 bags filled with essential items that include hygiene supplies, snacks and bottled water.

Our Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) was onsite to share information about CAPCIL and accept the donation. "They were a great group of people who are passionate about helping others in their community and beyond." said Breann Titus, CVO

🔊Meet our new Intake Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist at Central Office, Elijah Cox🔊

Elijah has a background in car sales and was the social media manager for VIP Cinemas Corporate maintaining 18 different theater accounts across the country.

He is most excited to truly make an impact in the lives of the different groups of people we assist. "As someone who grew up in a single parent home, and needed this assistance it is nice to be on the other side of things and bring it full circle."

FUN FACT: He played volleyball in college and has a deep passion for the game.

Kaitlyn has a background in Psychology. She has attended college in hopes of one day getting a doctorates degree and pursuing a career as a clinical psychologist. She also has management experience.

She is excited to start a new chapter of her life with CAPCIL! "I'm excited to be involved with people in my community and get the chance to inspire others and make their lives better."
