And just like that...5th grade has come to an end! These former 5th graders are moving on to middle school in the fall. The last day of school was an absolute blast with bowling, pizza in the park, and the grand finale....GRADUATION! A huge shout out and thank you to the BEST PTO EVER for sponsoring the last day festivities and to all of our phenomenal parent volunteers who helped make this day possible. This was the day every 5th grader waited all year for...and it was worth the wait. We couldn't do it without you!

WOW is an understatement! The talent on the Cavett 5th Grade team is absolutely amazing and was showcased today during the 5th Grade Talent Show! Everyone present was captivated by the talents of the participants! Thank you to all who made the talent show one to remember!

Memories....pressed between the pages of my mind. One of our most treasured traditions in the Cavett 5th grade is sharing our most favorite memory of our time at Cavett. If you have had the opportunity, in recent days, to walk the halls of Cavett or stop by the office, I hope you took some time to read the 5th grade memories. Thank you for sharing these, 5th graders! We have loved reading them.

It's the time you've all been waiting for..... The last Soaring C.A.R.D.I.N.A.L. awards of the 2025-26 school year!!

Each teacher at Cavett nominates one student per quarter. The winners are announced on the morning announcements and the students have their picture taken with their grade level group. Each student gets a certificate to celebrate their achievement, they get a positive message home and they get a fancy lunch in the office with the other recipients. Congratulations to this quarter’s winners! 🥳👏🎉🌟
