We love to fight

Anybody who has followed The Coalition for any amount of time already knows we are not afraid of controversy. We are not afraid of confrontation either. We have never been the kind of people to sit quietly while bad history gets dressed up as truth and handed to the public. We challenge it. Every time.

We believe history should be shared, not gatekept. We believe bad history deserves to be called out. And we believe the truth is worth fighting for, even when it makes people uncomfortable.

Over the years, we have taken plenty of punches, and we have thrown a few right back. Not because we are looking for trouble, but because we care enough to stand up when others would rather stay silent. We don’t do this because we think our mission is holy. We do it because history matters, and because too many people have gotten comfortable bending it, softening it, or flat out lying about it.

Let’s be clear. We have disagreed with people we respect. We have challenged people we admire. That is part of honest debate. That is part of doing real history. But some people cannot handle being challenged. They do not want debate. They want applause. And when they do not get it, they make it personal.

We have been lied about, slandered, attacked online, and targeted in ways that have nothing to do with history. People have called the police on us. People have tried to get us fired from our jobs. Lies have been sent to our employers and HR departments in the hope of damaging our lives and careers. Hell one lunatic even tried to ruin one of our member’s marriage. All because we challenged somebody’s version of the past.

Think about that.

Some people would rather try to destroy real lives than defend bad history in an honest debate.

That is not who we are.

We are not here because we are looking for a fight. But make no mistake, we are not afraid of one either. Truth is worth defending. History is worth defending. And if that means taking a few hits along the way, so be it.

If you want easy myths, comfortable lies, and polished nonsense, keep moving. You will not find that here.

But if you believe the truth matters, no matter how old it is, no matter who it offends, and no matter what it costs, then welcome to The Coalition.

We believe in the fighting spirit of the West. This is who we are. This is how we live. And we are not backing down.
