πŸ’š Dr. Casey Bogenrief is the owner of A Well Being, a company founded on the principle of investing in wellness to prevent illness. She is a physical therapist, athletic trainer, health coach, yoga instructor, and medical fitness specialist. Dr. Casey believes therapeutic movement should be accessible to everyone, especially those unable to leave home. A Well Being is mobile, visiting clients in person in their homes, workplaces, or fitness studios, and is virtual, utilizing online platforms to reach folks out of town, immunocompromised, or those who prefer the convenience of telehealth.

πŸ’š Dr. Casey has been a yoga instructor since 2016 and last taught PLAY in 2020 (a few weeks after learning she was pregnant). She has taught yoga to people 0-107 years of age and to a diversity of mental and physical abilities. She is passionate about yoga, its application to well-being, and the fact that it can be practiced by everyone. She is excited to continue to serve the minds, bodies, and spirits of our lovely community.

πŸ’š Dr. Casey teaches yoga at A Well Being, YMCA Lincoln, Madonna Wellness Club, and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.

Don’t miss the magic of community outdoor yoga, see you at the Antelope Park Bandshell on September 6 and every Sunday in September after that at 10 a.m.
