We are so happy to introduce Mr. Torres, who is joining our team as our new DLI Science teacher, as well as teaching 6th and 8th grade Science!

Mr. Torres brings wonderful enthusiasm and a genuine passion for connecting with students. He has a history of building strong relationships with students, supporting their growth, and helping them believe in their ability to succeed.

What an amazing experience for those who attended camp! They returned sharing that the experience was truly life-changing and that they’re excited to continue their growth and put their new leadership skills into action.

We're so proud of some of our GEMS students who headed out today to attend the Student Strengths Leadership Camp! These students were recommended by our staff for their strong leadership potential, and we are excited to see them grow through this incredible opportunity.
A special thank you to Mr. Ogaz, who was invited to attend and represent GEMS while experiencing the leadership camp alongside our students. We’re also excited that Ms. Flamenco will be joining the camp soon to help support TBMS students while proudly representing GEMS as one of our amazing teachers.

Superintendent Callahan was excited to be attending as well, showing her dedication for our students and this outstanding leadership opportunity!

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Kochhar to the GEMS family! She will be joining us as a 7th Grade Math teacher, and we couldn't be more excited to have her on our team.
Students may soon know her as Mrs. K, and they'll quickly discover her passion for helping every learner grow in confidence. Mrs. K is especially excited to support students who may not see math as their strongest subject, creating a classroom where everyone feels encouraged and capable of success.

We can't wait for our students and families to meet her and experience the positive energy and dedication she brings to GEMS.

Mr. Forshage is new to our district, and we are thrilled to have him join our team this school year!

Ms. JJ will be supporting students in classrooms as a paraprofessional and will also be working alongside Ms. B to provide curriculum support for our students.
