Our summer day camp had an exciting time this week with Lincoln City Libraries,The University of Nebraska-Lincoln STEM and Nutrition Programs, and a visit from General Joshua Chamberlain from America's Great Stories. In a fitting end to our busy week, we cooled off at the Trago Park Splash Pad.

Our Shield Summer Day Camp program kicked off this week with classes from University of Nebraska-Lincoln STEM and Nutrition programs, an adventure to Haymarket Park to cheer on our Lincoln Saltdogs , and ended with celebrating National Donut Day by delivering donuts to the Lincoln Police Department officers at the Northwest Station.
