It is official.

Today, I had the honor of being sworn in as a Trustee of the Vernon Area Public Library.

It has been a wonderful joirney to get here and now, another one begins. I am grateful and thankful to all those who have cheered me along the way. It is now my turn to give back and I intend to do so to the best of my ability.

I am absolutely thrilled to announce that I am now a part of the Vernon Area Public Library Board of Trustees! 📚🙌

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who exercised their right to vote and helped make this possible. I am honored to have the opportunity to serve both the library and the community. ❤️

I couldn't have done this without the unwavering support of my friends and family. You guys are amazing! 🤗

I also want to give a special shoutout to Shirani Nayar for being my rock throughout this entire process. She has been the driving force behind my ability to connect with all of you, constantly pushing me to explore new avenues of communication and tirelessly working to get the message out there. Thank you, Shirani! 🙏

Can't wait to see everyone at the library soon! 😍 Let's make this a meaningful and memorable experience.🤩📖

Hello!

Just a quick reminder that early voting for the Trustee election for the Vernon Area Public Library has begun today and will continue until April 3rd, from 9 am to 5 pm.

I'm running for Trustee in this election, and I'd be honored to have your support. As a trustee, I'm committed to making sure that the library continues to provide excellent services to our community and to work towards improving access to information and resources for everyone.

If elected, I have several initiatives that I plan to implement to improve the library experience for our community. These include making library programs more visible to the public through a digital board outside the library and increasing our social media presence. I also plan to offer more mobile book carts and reading/writing workshops for all grade levels, as well as more bi and multilingual programs and classes, both in-person and virtual. Finally, I aim to increase support for the latest developments in technology with new programs.

So please, if you're in the area and eligible to vote, consider casting your ballot and supporting me in this important election.
