Today I closed a door that has been my life since 1997. I went to work as Lincoln County Recreation Director, two years later starting Lincoln County Family Connection and the last five years given the opportunity to work with the best seasoned citizens in Georgia. I have been blessed to work with children and families of all ages. Having been given the gift of doing for others has been something I was so glad my parents taught me. It has been a pleasure to help and give back to the citizens Lincoln County. Thank you to the Lincoln County Commissioners and the Lincoln County Family Connection Board for believing and entrusting me. All of our programs would not have been as successful as they were without your support. Thank you parents for sharing your children with me, I hope there is something that I was able to share with them positively. Thank you my senior citizens for romping the roads with me on those fun trips and supporting me during our every day adventures. And most of all, THANK YOU to all the staff that have worked with me. Each of you will forever have a special place in my heart and I will treasure our friendship forever. Each of you were team players and that is what it takes for programs to run smoothly. Thank you Lincoln County for your support. I am only a phone call away if you even need help. May God bless each and everyone of the citizens in our beautiful community.
