Don’t miss your chance for one last weekend at the pool!

Proesel Park Family Aquatic Center will be open this weekend through Labor Day, Monday, September 7 for a final dose of summer fun before the season wraps up.

Post‑Season Hours

August 17–September 6
Monday–Friday: 4:30–8pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am–7pm

Labor Day | Monday, September 7
11am–5pm

Touch-a-Truck is back this year with the biggest, coolest trucks in Lincolnwood!🚑🚚🚒🚓

Climb in, explore, and learn more about the awesome trucks and vehicles that keep Lincolnwood moving! Kids will also have the opportunity to meet our firefighters, see demonstrations, and learn about fire safety!🧑‍🚒

The first 30 minutes of this event will be horn, flashing light, and siren-free to provide a quieter, sensory-friendly experience for our community.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket and join us for a FREE outdoor screening of The Bad Guys 2 on Friday, September 11 at 7pm. Bring the family, grab some popcorn, and enjoy a movie in the park!

The Bad Guys 2 is a fun-filled animated adventure that brings everyone’s favorite reformed criminals back for another wild ride. When a new crew enters the picture, the Bad Guys are pulled into an unexpected mission filled with action, comedy, and plenty of twists.

This morning, we celebrated the official opening of the new universally accessible playground at Proesel Park, dedicated to Barry and Taffy Berger. Barry Berger joined us for a special ribbon cutting and plaque dedication in his honor.

Friends, family, and members of the community joined our Village and Park Boards, along with Village staff, for the celebration. The Barry & Taffy Berger Foundation generously supported this project, helping make the universally accessible playground possible, while also funding senior programs, summer camps, and so much more. We are incredibly grateful for their continued generosity and commitment to our community.
