She was pregnant when she also lost her job! 🥹

What followed was fear, uncertainty, medical complications, and moments where she wondered how she would make it through.

Here’s where the story takes turn. When she joined our Building Blocks mentorship program, she found something unexpected:

- People who stayed beside her.
- People who prayed with her.
- People who encouraged her.
- People who helped fill every gap when she thought she would go without.

“There should have been gaps,” she said, “but they were always filled.”

Today, her story looks very different — marked by healing, restored faith, and hope for the future.

Today is Mother’s Day, and we’re reminded that motherhood is often built through countless quiet acts of love. 💐

To the mothers who nurture, sacrifice, encourage, pray, support, and care for others day after day… thank you. Your love and strength make a lasting difference.

And to every person who comes alongside vulnerable women and families through volunteering, prayer, generosity, and support…thank you for helping create a place of hope, stability, and care when they are needed most.

At the AXIA Center, we have the privilege of walking alongside moms and dads as they choose LIFE and step into parenthood, often in the middle of incredibly difficult circumstances.

One simple but powerful way we support them is through our on-site shop, where families can receive essential items like baby clothes, diapers, wipes, and maternity wear, completely free of charge.

Right now, we’re running low on several clothing sizes, and we need your help!

When you donate new or gently used baby and toddler clothes, you’re doing more than meeting a physical need, you’re helping remove barriers, ease financial pressure, and remind parents that they are not alone. Your generosity makes it just a little bit easier for a mom or dad to say “yes” to LIFE and confidently care for their child.

If you’d like to give, you can drop off donations at the AXIA Center during business hours. OR for your convenience we have a link to our shopping list that you can buy and have directly shipped to the AXIA Center.
