Get ready for a night that’s bursting with fun at our Movie in the Park featuring Zootopia 2 on Friday, June 26, at the Parkman Pavilion.

Before Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde hit the big screen, enjoy an amazing Bubble Show from 7-8:30pm that will have kids and adults chasing giant bubbles across the park!

🌸🌻Aloha, Week 1! 🌸🌻

You know Camp Exploration is officially back when the hallways smell like sunscreen, the laughter echoes through the building, and every five minutes someone asks, “When are we going to the splash pad? 🤣💦

Our campers kicked off the summer with an Aloha-themed adventure filled with new friendships, fun crafts, splash pad trips, games, and plenty of smiles. We even cooled off with a visit from Kona Ice and wrapped up the week bouncing into the weekend with our giant bounce houses!🌈 🍧 🏰

Thank you to all of the amazing campers and families for making Week 1 such a blast. We loved watching new friendships form, confidence grow, and summer memories begin.

🎉🌞 Little Crossings Summer Day Camp Open House Fun! 🌞

We welcomed our little adventurers to our Little Crossings Summer Day Camp Open House! The kids were buzzing with excitement as they explored their brand-new camp rooms, proudly showed off their colorful backpacks, and picked up their adorable “Paws the Pink Bear” shirts and name tags! 🐻🎒

🌳💥Concert #2 is calling☎️...and your lawn chair deserves a night out!

The summer music train keeps rolling as Live Music in the Parks heads to the Parkman Pavilion at the Lindenhurst Park District for our second concert of the season, featuring Soda!

Get ready for an evening packed with all your favorite hits from classic rock anthems to today's chart toppers. If it's a song you can't help but sing along to in the car, there's a pretty good chance SODA has it on the setlist!

Pack up the lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic baskets (or save yourself the work and let someone else do the cooking 😉).

🔥Brothers BBQ will be serving up smoky, delicious favorites.
🌮San Judas taco truck will bring the tacos.
🧁Nothing Bundt Cakes is bringing the sweets.
🍺And what's a summer concert without a cold one! Black Lung Brewing Grayslake will be on-site pouring refreshing beverages to help keep the good vibes flowing.

🎤😍And just like that... Live Music in the Parks is officially underway!

Last night at the historic Lehmann Mansion was everything a summer concert should be.

The weather? Absolutely perfect.

The classic cars? Let’s just say they understood the assignment. From a Little Red Corvette to a Barracuda and some beautiful Chevrolets, the car show was basically its own playlist on the lawn.🚗🎼

The BBQ from BBQ Productions? So tender it practically melted before you could take a second bite.

And if you haven’t tried The Lehmann Mansions' famous “Orange Dream” yet… well… the name doesn’t lie.💣🍊

Then came Beyond The Blonde, and WOW. They kicked things off with Pink’s “Let’s Get This Party Started,” and they did exactly that. From powerhouse vocals to outfit changes and hit after hit from some of our favorite fierce female artists, they kept the crowd dancing, singing, and having an amazing time all evening long.

Whether you were dancing in front of the stage, singing along
from your lawn chair, checking out the cars, grabbing a bite to eat, or simply enjoying a beautiful summer evening with friends and family, it was the perfect way to kick off another season of LMP.
