The Borough of Lindenwold has approved a sealed bid auction to sell the surplus properties listed below. If you are interested in purchasing any of them, please see the detailed information on the Lindenwold website, LindenwoldNJ.gov
This is the first tranche in a sale of surplus borough-owned properties. In the event of any typos or errors in this list, the official information is on LindenwoldNJ.gov.
The properties listed below “shall be offered for sale at open public auction to the highest bidder, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13.”
“Said auction shall be conducted by the receipt of sealed bids which shall identify the address of the property being bid upon by STREET ADDRESS, and BLOCK AND LOT NUMBERS. All bids must be received no later than TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Municipal Building, located at 15 North White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, New Jersey, 08021. All bids must either be hand-delivered to the Municipal Building or sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the Municipal Building prior to the time and date when the bids will be opened. Bids shall be sent to the Municipal Building and addressed to the Business Administrator, Borough of Lindenwold, 15 North White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, New Jersey, 08021. These bids will then remain sealed until they are to be opened on TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. Bids will not be received after the specified time.”
