The collection donation station has arrived! An awesome trailer has been parked behind station 60 (5 Hilltown Pike) to create an easy space to drop off water, Gatorade, and electrolyte beverages. Our firefighters and EMS personnel will be exposed to sweltering conditions this summer, so this will help ensure they stay hydrated.

We are grateful to Zenon Janicki for providing this wonderful service to our local emergency organizations.

The trailer will be available starting TODAY (June 14) through SATURDAY (June 20) and will be open 8AM to 8PM daily. We appreciate your support!

🚒 Exciting News for Hilltown Fire! 🚒

We are proud to share the final design renderings of our new Pumper Tanker, currently being built by US Fire Apparatus and expected to arrive in early 2027. This gorgeous apparatus will hold 3,000 gallons of water coupled with a 1,500 GPM pump.

In recent months, our truck committee members have worked closely with the manufacturer to design an apparatus that best meets the needs of our community, firefighters, and emergency response operations. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure this truck provides the capabilities, reliability, and versatility needed to serve Hilltown Township for many years to come.

One of our recent drill nights was dedicated to hands-on training with our new Paratech airbag system, led by a demonstration from Continental Fire & Safety.

Airbags are a critical rescue tool used to safely lift, stabilize, and move heavy objects such as vehicles, machinery, and structural debris during emergency incidents. Their versatility and lifting power make them invaluable during technical rescue operations.

A special thank you to Jaxx Towing and Salvage for generously donating two vehicles for our members to train with. Real-world training opportunities like these help ensure our crews are prepared when every second counts.

Yesterday firefighters from Hilltown and Point Pleasant Vol. Fire Co. participated in an “April Showers” event (June version!) for Special Education students from Tohickon and Holicong Middle Schools in Central Bucks School District. The event was held at Tohickon Middle School.

Thank you to all in attendance for giving students a fun day in the sun! This is always a very rewarding event for our crews.

We were grateful to be a part of this incredible event for the third year in a row! Seeing the development of this community service day has been inspirational and we will continue to do our part to give back to our community. Please take a moment to check out the park bench and memorial site dedicated to LCPL Robert T. Mininger. Bob is a hometown hero that gave the ultimate sacrifice to defend our freedom. We are grateful today and every day for those like Bob that dedicated their lives to our country. 🇺🇸 Great job by Hilltown Township Public Works and Hilltown Township Parks & Recreation for putting on this fantastic event.

Yesterday marked our team’s first firehouse league softball game of the season! We played against Hartsville Fire Company and Warminster Fire Department at Werner Park and were neck and neck until the last second. We lost with a score of 24-23, but we played hard and had fun! Stay tuned to see how the rest of our season plays out. 🥎

Thank you to Rock Fleet Maintenance for sponsoring our team this season!
