Linesville Borough along with Pine Township will be hosting a cleanup day for Borough residents on Saturday, May 16, 2025 at the 327 Lockhart Alley maintenance facility from 8:00am until 12 noon. We will accept tree limbs, branches, and sticks that must be loaded into a separate vehicle. We will take electronics (tv, computer monitors, computer tower, etc.) however there will be a $10.00 fee per device. Also accepted this year will be tires with the following prices – Passenger $3.00, 19.5 $5.00, semi $10.00, and super singles $12.00. The following will NOT be accepted: household waste, biohazard chemicals, gases, oils, liquid paints or stains (completely empty cans or fully dried paint can be accepted), construction debris (lumber, shingles/roofing, concrete), dirt, animal waste, or grass clippings.

The American Red Cross is hosting a day on September 27th from 10am until 2pm to install FREE smoke alarms in our community.

Working smoke alarms can cut the risk of death from home fires in half. That's why the Red Cross is rallying volunteers, fire departments and partners to Sound the Alarm.

Resumes shall include all police experience as well as other work-related experience, current certifications, letters of recommendation, contacts, and salary range expected. Linesville Borough will be having leaf pickup on November 12, 19, and 26. Leaves must be in a paper bag which are available for $3 for a bundle of 5 bags at the Borough office at 103 West Erie St. Linesville PA 16424. If you have any questions, please call the office at 814-683-4382.
