Good Evening Linn Valley and surrounding!
With a lot of sadness in my heart I have to give you the bad news.
We have lost the battle to keep the property where Valley Supply and Rental was. As most of you know we have been in a court battle to keep 2 individuals from stealing your hometown store. We definitely put up a fight. We feel we had great momentum after the first hearing and new we had to get the truth out about the two individuals that swindled the property out from under us with bogus and fraudulent contracts. Yes we signed them under serious pressure and without any lawyers present. No notaries or witnesses were present either. St the 2nd hearing due to lack of representation and a miscue I was told to just sit down and was not allowed to present any evidence of the fraudulent scandalous takeover that took place to help them destroy our dreams. The 2 individuals definitely know we would have won with the overwhelming evidence we had and I’m telling you it was indisputable evidence to prove anything from fraud, conspiring and Malice along with many other immoral things going on. It was a plan they developed over the past year and implemented to a T. The fact that we had so much true evidence on me stiff thing they did not count on is the will and dedication we had to making sure we would win and stop these crooks in our community. These same individuals have done this to a couple other hard working folks on Linn County. Well We are plannng a appeal to the judges decision and Judgement against me. We were not even heard and I guarantee you we will be heard loud and clear soon. Along with all the criminal activity performed there has been so much immoral acts performed that it makes a honest person want to throw up. Thank you everyone for the support and please contact me if you might can help with some legal help or moral support. We are not giving up and the truth will be heard one way or another.

Hello folks. We have $234 that we have raised through our Citizens in Support group. We are proposing to split those funds up between the Memorial Park and the Pride committees since they both are working towards beautification of Linn Valley. Since we don't want to call a meeting just to vote on this we thought we would put it out and see if there are any objections. Thanks for any feedback.

Just got back from the City Council Meeting held today at 1:30 PM. Was great to see people asking questions, getting informed and being heard.

With that being said, the City Council members passed a motion to rescind their previous ruling to move forward with the AMR proposal. In other words, the agreement isn't moving forward at this time. Based on comments/input by several concerned citizens, council members and our Deputy Fire Chief Dan Smith, the city council is going to table the proposal and take another look. Several suggested a town hall meeting where Jason(with AMR) could go over the details and allow people to ask questions and get a better understanding of the proposal before moving forward. It was even suggested that the proposal be tabled long enough to include it in next years budget.

More to come, but I thought I would share for the people that couldn't make the meeting.
