🚑 2026 EMS Explorer Post Program! 🚑

We’re proud to announce the first meeting for our 2026 EMS Explorer Program—and we can’t wait to get started!

👩‍🚒 Who can join?
Anyone ages 14–18 with an interest in EMS, healthcare, or public safety is welcome to attend and learn more.

Monday, April 20, 2026
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Osage EMS Headquarters

This program is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn lifesaving skills, and explore a future in emergency services.

Osage Ambulance District is now accepting registration for our EMT program that starts in October. Classes start October 2nd, 2017 and conclude April 26th, 2018 and meet Monday and Thursday evenings from 6pm-10pm. Cost is $950.00 and payment plans are available.

I am very sorry but we will have to cancel the explorer meeting for tonight. One of our full time paramedics died yesterday morning and we have a lot going on right now. I will send an announcement later on the next meeting.

Great meeting last night, team! Everyone is getting very good at taking a blood pressure and finding and counting the pulse! Nice work! Going through the trucks again, doing some basic patient care, and a little bit of hands-on finished out our night. Very proud of all of you! Looking forward to our next meeting, January 19 at 5:30 and running some mock calls!
