Osage County 4-H

Osage County 4-H 4-H empowers youth to reach their full potential while learning in partnership with caring adults. 4-H is more than just a club.

Missouri 4-H is an active, dynamic organization of young people who are learning, growing and preparing to be the leaders of today and tomorrow. 4-H provides young people with opportunities to gain leadership, citizenship and life skills through fun and innovative hands-on activities. They will have the opportunity to attend camps, display their work at fairs, travel and attend meetings and events

that are led by their peers. In addition, they will participate in community service projects, club parties and trips.

Fair projects can be picked up today after 6pm or tomorrow morning from 7-8:30.

If a youth’s project was selected to go to state fair, they are allowed to bring one project and one photo. The library will have them displayed from the last week of July until the start of the fair when I will deliver them to the State fair. If you have more questions, refer to:

https://www.mostatefair.com/participate/livestock-building/building-exhibitors/4-h-ffa/4-h-building-rules-classes/

it will give well rounded guidelines for submissions.

Make sure to pick up the projects and submit them to the library or the office by the first week of August at the latest.
