📢 Applications Are Now Open!

The Columbiana County Port Authority is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for our Downtown Building Renovation and Signage Programs.

These programs are designed to support eligible downtown commercial property owners and businesses by providing assistance for building improvements and signage projects that strength of our downtown business districts throughout Columbiana County.

Eligible renovation projects must involve a vacant storefront located within one of Columbiana County’s seven walkable downtown areas.
