The Columbiana County Office of Economic Development recently asked Dr. Thomas Maraffa to review Ohio's CRA program, with an emphasis on use by the communities of our County, especially the City of Columbiana.

Coming April 13th at the SOD Center in Salem (440 Pennsylvania Avenue, Salem, Ohio), CCPA, in conjunction with Mahoning Valley Manufacturers Coalition and Sustainable Opportunity Development Center, inc., will be hosting a Hiring Event with 30+ employers, regional training organizations, and workforce development organizations.

Requesting Commercial and Residential Properties for Demolition.

Do you own, or do you know of, any commercial or residential property in the county that needs to be torn down?

The property must be vacant and blighted. The owner may maintain ownership, but must provide the Land Bank with the right to enter onto the property and do the tear down and all related activities.
