Come join us on Sunday, January 18th starting at 2pm at the Lisbon High School for Livestock Boot Camp. This is a 3 part series for youth and families wanting to explore an animal project in 4-H or for those families and kids that have had animals in the past and want to learn more information on getting their animals ready for the fair or exploring different species.

During the first session we are going to explore the why of taking an animal project in 4-H, we will talk about setting goals as well as what species may be right for your family and situation.

Each family that gets signed up will receive a workbook that you can use throughout the 4-H year. We will also include other resources that might be valuable during the three sessions and you can gather your own resources and add to the binder as you want.

The cost of the bootcamp is free, however we do ask that families please pre-register with the Extension Office by Wednesday, January 14 to allow us time to pull materials together.

Any questions do not hesitate to reach out to our office.
