Registration is OPEN for the 2026 season! The Sea Lions offer a fun, competitive environment where swimmers can build skills and compete in the West Suburban Conference.

Ages 6–18 are welcome, with athletes grouped by age to ensure the right level of competition. Team fees include a swim cap and t-shirt.

This month, Sammy wants to help everyone learn how to stay safe and have fun in and around the water all summer long! Whether you’re visiting the pool, beach, or heading out on vacation, a few simple safety habits can make a big difference.

Sammy Says...

🦺 Make sure life jackets are U.S. Coast Guard approved to meet safety standards.
🏊 Never swim alone or without a lifeguard on duty.
👀 Never leave children unsupervised in or around the water.
🚫 Avoid unsafe water activities, including breath holding games.
🛟 If someone needs help in the water, use rescue equipment or alert a lifeguard/trained professional instead of jumping in yourself.
