Arizona Young Voters Initiative is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to registering every eligible 18-25 year old in Arizona to vote, and increase participation with get out the vote efforts on election days.

Job Description: The Field Program Intern is responsible for assisting the Field Administrative team in the successful strategizing, promotion, end ex*****on of the Field Program for 2020. The ideal candidate will have a burning desire to fulfill our mission of education and inspiration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Impeccable organizational skills
• Knowledge of social media, especially Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
• “Team Player” who thrives in an environment working with others
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage a wide range of responsibilities
• Passion for making a difference
• Go-getter attitude
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Punctual and very responsive

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Past administration and events experience

Arizona does not have a Presidential Primary, the Presidential Preference Election is on March 17, 2020. You MUST be registered AND declare a party (Independents can not vote on the Democratic or Republican ballots) by February 18th, 2020.
