This weekend we slow down and pause to remember the sacrifices of those who have gone before us. As you all enjoy the long weekend, remember what it stands for.

Join us at 130 this afternoon at the circle as we pay respect to those from Litchfield who have gone on and paid the ultimate sacrifice protecting our freedom. 🇺🇲

Traffic will be diverted for a short time as the procession moves from the circle to the cemetary.

Please do not try to go around fire apparatus blocking the road!

This week we celebrate EMS Week as we thank our dedicated EMS providers for all they do. They attend countless hours of continued education and advanced training to stay on top of their game when you need them the most.

Help us thank all of our nurses that are there when we need them the most! From our ER nurses at Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital Cleveland Clinic Lodi Community Hospital and University Hospital Elyria Medical Center to our critical care nurses that come to the scene when time is critical from Cleveland Clinic Critical Care Transport, Metro Life Flight, and UH AirMed and especially our very own nurses, LT AJ Holliday, FF/EMT Alex Jeffery, and (soon to be) FireMedic Hannah Echle.

Thanks for doing what you do and being there when we come through the door. May no one use the Q word all week. 🏥🚑
