Arch Air Medical Litchfield Base ARCH Air Medical Service is a critical care air ambulance service providing coverage for Missouri, Illinois and the surrounding regions.

As one of the first air medical operations in the United States, ARCH has been providing quality patient care since March of 1979. Our aircraft are available 24/7/365, with overlapping service areas that help ensure a helicopter is readily available for your needs. ARCH provides the safe and rapid transports by helicopter of critically ill and injured patients. Whether it be the transfer of an ICU

patient from one hospital to another or the complicated trauma request from an EMS provider, our competent crews continue to provide critical and life saving interventions surrounded by exceptional compassionate patient care.

If you haven't seen us for the past week and a half... 813 is back! Today we celebrated with one of her bi-weekly baths as the clouds cleared out.

With 813 comes the ability to take 3rd riders, especially our local new hires. Chances are If you run into us over the next few weeks we'll have either Tom (ARCH 3 Paramedic) or Katherine (Rescue Flight nurse) tagging along! Precepting is one our favorite activities and we look forward to introducing you all to them.

ARCH 2 is currently on the pad and awaiting your call! Enjoy this beautiful cool weather

This is a fundraiser for the Dorchester Volunteer Fire Department, the only fundraiser that we do all year to fund for equipment and supplies needed for the department and the community. We appreciate the support we receive from everyone each year! Thank you!
