Please join us for our annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony, hosted by the Warwick Emergency Services Commission, on Saturday, September 12th, beginning at 8am. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the attacks on 9/11/2001 in the United States. Our Keynote Speaker this year will be Colonel Michael Angelo, Retired U.S. Army. Colonel Angelo was present in the Pentagon when American Airline Flight 77 crashed into the building. He has an interesting story to share of his experience that day. We will also honor local first responders for their service to our community and our country.

This information is provided as a courtesy so individuals are aware of upcoming work areas. Warwick Township does not have jurisdiction to restrict utility work in the right of way.

The portion of the Warwick to Ephrata Rail Trail (WERT) between Rothsville Road and the bridge will be closed for maintenance Wednesday 8/12 & Thursday 8/13/2026, weather permitting. The Public Works Department will be installing new trail mix at this section of the trail.

Road work is planned this afternoon (8/4) on Picnic Woods Road. The Public Works Department is doing pavement repair work between Main Street and Picnic Woods Circle. The road will be closed temporarily while this work is being done. There is a possibility that this portion of the road might be closed during overnight hours.
