We're raising $500 to help stock our shelves for local families in need, and we need your help to get there. Every dollar goes directly toward groceries for our neighbors, and it costs just $16.92 to provide a full food supply for one family.

For over 40 years, the Little Elm Area Food Bank has served this community. In June alone, we served over 3,000 family members, many of them children.

What a busy, wonderful morning at the food bank! We had a booth at another successful Back to School Bash hosted by Little Elm ISD, connecting with families across our community. We were also thrilled to host Indivisible Frisco, whose volunteers did fantastic work filling boxes and helping us get organized. And we wrapped things up celebrating a successful fundraiser — the Rock the Doc 5K, put on by the North Texas Rhythm Runners! Thank you to everyone who showed up and gave back today. 💙

🚨 Important Food Safety Update 🚨

Out of an abundance of caution, LEAFB has removed all Taylor Farms salads and salad mixes from distribution.

The FDA and CDC are investigating a multistate Cyclospora outbreak linked to recalled Taylor Farms iceberg lettuce. While the current recall only covers certain products, we'd rather act early than take any chances with your health.

If you received a Taylor Farms salad or salad mix from us recently:
🚫 Do not eat it. Discard it.
🧼 Wash any containers, utensils, or surfaces it touched with hot, soapy water
🩺 Contact your healthcare provider if you develop symptoms (diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, fatigue)
