A while back, I had several officers submit ideas to help revise our agency’s Mission Statement. After compiling them & adding my own ideas, this is the outcome:

MISSION STATEMENT:

"The Little Flock Police Department is dedicated to safeguarding life and property, upholding the law with equity and integrity, and building lasting partnerships with our community. Through professionalism, accountability, and service delivered with compassion, we aim to create a secure environment where residents, businesses, and visitors can live, work, and thrive.”

Today, Sergeant Nicholson partnered with a local Boy Scout troop to share information about the Little Flock Police Department and discuss important safety practices. Officer Robinson, Lieutenant Davis, and Assistant Fire Chief Hensley also joined in, helping make it a fun and educational experience for everyone involved.
