This position has been such a blessing. It hasn’t felt like a “job” at all. & the community we serve HAS to be the very best in all of NWA!

Yeah, so this happened just now!

This amazing family (from LF) brought us lunch! My buddy Lucas (taller) smoked a pork butt, Samuel (shorter) made the slaw, & Margaret baked chocolate chip cookies! Then, they added baked beans, chips, & bbq sauce! OMG!!!!!! AMAZING PEOPLE & AMAZING FOOD!!!!!

We even invited our FD!!!

& THIS is just another example of the not-so-common community support we cherish here in Little Flock!

UPDATE— The individual has been identified and is currently incarcerated at BCSO. Thank you everyone for your assistance.

The Little Flock Police Department is investigating a theft and is attempting to identify the individual shown in these images. Although the photos are not very clear, we ask that you carefully examine the individual’s clothing, hat, shoes, and the vehicle associated with the incident.

The individual appears to be wearing:

• A light-colored baseball cap with a dark bill/logo

• A dark jacket or pullover

• Blue jeans

• Brown shoes or boots

• A face covering or high collar concealing part of the face

Please also take note of the vehicle seen in connection with this incident.

If you recognize the individual, clothing, vehicle, or have any information that may assist investigators, please contact the Little Flock Police Department.

As we approach the midpoint of the week, I would like to emphasize the importance of continuous learning.

A renowned quote from Zig Ziglar states;

“If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you!”

I firmly believe that ongoing education is crucial in today's fast-paced world, where stagnation can lead to being left behind.

It is essential for citizens to have confidence in the expertise and rigorous training of their law enforcement officers, trusting that they can handle any situation professionally and within the bounds of the law.

As long as I am your chief, my team will continue to train, learn and improve each and every day!

One of our best officers has received a deployment assignment and will be leaving us for a while to serve! 🇺🇸
