HCFR IS HIRING: FF/EMTs AND FF/PARAMEDICS!

We are a station-based fire/EMS combination department. Our providers work a 24-hour/48-hour schedule.

Currently we staff 15 ALS ambulances, five BLS Ambulances, two paramedic QRVs and seven paramedic engines. We are continuing to expand our ALS footprint throughout the 1200 square miles of our response area.

We provide high quality care with up-to-date equipment including LifePak 15 monitors, AirTraq video larygoscopy, EZ-IO and LUCAS 3, which is coming soon. Along with equipment we operate off of very progressive standing order protocols.

We have a level 1 trauma center, two interventional PCI centers and one interventional stroke center all within our county.

We offer in-house initial training for EMT and advanced EMT, as well as in-house continuing education for EMR, EMT, AEMT and paramedic providers.
