We had a great time today at the Build My Future Event of Central Arkansas at the Conway Expo Center!

It was awesome meeting so many students, teachers and industry partners interested in growing careers in the skilled trades. There’s a lot of excitement around construction, and it shows!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth—we loved talking with you and sharing opportunities for apprenticeship and career pathways right here in Arkansas. We look forward to seeing where your journey takes you.

Happy Pi Day!

It’s March 14 (3.14), and while we love a good slice of pie, we’re even bigger fans of well-rounded skills. At the Office of Skills Development, we help Arkansas employers add the right ingredients — training, opportunity, and maybe a dash of apprenticeship — to build a workforce that really adds up.
