💛 There’s Still Time to Put Love Into
Action!

August may be coming to a close, but there’s still time
to make a difference through Lulu’s Love in Action!

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we’re
getting closer to our $10,000 goal.

Every gift helps Vera Lloyd provide a safe, stable, and
nurturing home for Arkansas youth in foster care or
crisis. And right now, your generosity goes even
further: every gift is matched, dollar for dollar, up to $
10,000 thanks to a generous donor.

Help us finish August strong and continue Lulu’s
legacy of seeing a need and taking action. đź’›

Trinity Presbyterian Church, grant-funded by the Presbytery of Arkansas, hosted the young women from the Vera Lloyd campus on a recent trip to Little Rock. After lunch at U.S. Pizza, they walked to The Painted Pig Studio, where they all worked on mosaic art projects. Here are some of their creations!

We recently had the privilege of visiting First United Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville. The congregation was kind enough to host a drive for the Welcome Home Kits that we give to every child that comes to our campus. They provided even more than we could have hoped for! Thank you to everybody at FUPC for helping make Vera Lloyd at home, and thank you Beach BBQ for providing a fantastic meal!

đź’™ What will your legacy be?

August is National Make-A-Will Month—a reminder to take time to plan for the people, places, and causes that matter most to you.

Creating or updating your will is about more than deciding what happens to the things you own. It’s an opportunity to care for the people you love, make your wishes known, and ensure the values that have guided your life continue to make an impact for years to come.

For those who believe every child deserves safety, stability, and the opportunity for a brighter future, a legacy gift to Vera Lloyd can be one meaningful part of that plan.

A gift in your will—whether a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or another planned gift—can help provide care and opportunity for Arkansas children, youth, and families for generations to come.

This Make-A-Will Month, consider taking one important step for the future: make your plan, share your values, and create the legacy you want to leave.
