What an incredible day for our community! đź’š

The City of Little Rock Department of Community Programs’ 3rd Annual Employment & Resource Fair welcomed hundreds of participants seeking employment, supportive services, education, housing, and a fresh start.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to every employer, resource provider, community partner, and volunteer who showed up ready to connect, serve, and create opportunities. Your continued support helps remove barriers and reminds our residents that they do not have to navigate their journey alone.

This is what community impact looks like resources, opportunities, and second chances all under one roof!

Last year, hundreds of individuals walked through our doors looking for an opportunity. This year, we’re coming back BIGGER, STRONGER, and with even more partners ready to help!

Come prepared. Bring your resume. Meet employers. Ask questions. Connect with resources. Your next opportunity could be in the room.

There’s nothing like giving young people the opportunity to learn by living it.

Through the Get Real, Here’s the Deal simulation, our interns stepped into real-world scenarios that challenged them to make decisions, manage responsibilities, and think about their futures in a whole new way.

Hear from Marcus Montgomery as he shares more about the experience and the impact of the partnership between Teen Health Arkansas and the City of Little Rock Department of Community Programs.

When we give young people the tools, experiences, and support they need today, we’re helping prepare them for what comes next.
