🚦Traffic Pattern Changes Begin April 14 as KDS Intersection Nears Completion 🚧

Beginning April 14, the traffic signal at the intersection of Kanis and Stewart Roads will operate in flashing red mode, creating an all-way stop condition. This temporary measure will remain in place for approximately one (1) week to help drivers adjust to the upcoming traffic pattern change.

During this period, final paving at the intersection of Kanis and Stewart Roads is expected to be completed. Motorists should anticipate minor delays due to traffic control operations and are encouraged to use caution while traveling through the area.

On or about April 21, traffic will be shifted to the newly constructed intersection. This change will allow for the closure and conversion of the existing Denny Road into a one-way, westbound thoroughfare. Upon completion, Denny Road will reopen to westbound traffic for motorists accessing Denny Road from Kanis Road.

Weather permitting, all intersection improvements are anticipated to be completed by the end of the month.

Pulaski County appreciates the public’s patience and support as these improvements are finalized.
