🗓️ Mark your calendars - Grand Friends Day is here💙, which means the Roberts Book Fair is here!! 📚

Check your homerooms to ensure you know the correct time your child/grandchild will be visiting the Book Fair! Visitors, please remember to have your ID on hand as ALL visitors must check in and scan their IDs at the front office! 🪪

Our Book Fair is only a success because of the wonderful staff and volunteers that make this possible! Please look at the sign up opportunities below and, if your schedule allows, consider giving back to the school that gives us so much 🦅💙

📣 PTA Shout Out!! 📣

Throughout the year you’ll see us rolling out PTA Shout Outs because our PTA does a LOT of work throughout the entire year (even in the summer!), and we want to recognize that hard work!

It’s only natural that our first shout out is for our AMAZING PTA President, Lindsay Mattox. She is truly a full time volunteer. Lindsay leads with so much positivity and encouragement and we’re grateful for her leadership and passion💖

When you see her around, make sure you say hi and thank her for all of her hard work! Notice we said when, not if, because you WILL see her around - she’s somehow everywhere all the time!

Lindsay, we’re so proud to have a President like you💙

📣🦅 Calling all Roberts 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students who are interested in trying out for cheerleading!! 🦅📣

A flyer will be sent home in your child’s folder with more information about tryouts, the 26-27 Cheer Rules and a QR code to sign up 💙 (Link is also posted in our comments)

🤩 Tryout practices will be August 25th and 27th from 2:50-4:00
🤩 Official tryouts will be August 29th

As the first week is school is coming to an end, we want to send a HUGE thank you to the officers who helped keep our car lines moving safely this week! 👮👮‍♂️

Your Roberts PTA covers the cost to provide some extra safety and guidance because we know how hectic things can be at the beginning of the school year!

BIG Roberts shout out to officer Alyssa Witherspoon, a Roberts mom, and officer Kylan Larry for helping the first week go so smoothly for all of our families and little eagles! 🦅
