IMPORTANT INFO
*War Memorial has a clear bag policy!
*If you would like to buy tickets ahead of time: https://www.chsrockets.com/HTtickets
*We will send out a message when we depart War Memorial and are heading back to RHS.
*Please do NOT park in the bus zone - the band trailers have to pull up there so we can get unloaded.
*Traffic can be a little crazy with football, cheer and band unloading - the gravel lot is a great option to park in.
*ALL students are expected to help unload and get their instrument in the band room before going home. We are a team.
*If the trailers arrive before the buses, feel free to help unload the trailers. We only unload items onto the sidewalk - do not take to the band room, we want students to be responsible!
*No parents, friends, family, alumni are to be in the band room unless you have spoken to Dr. Cooper. This is a liability issue! We want to keep our kids safe! (plus there is literally no room to move in there)
*All show shirts (parents orders too) will be handed to students tomorrow after school. Be sure to tell your child to put your shirt in their backpack so they don't disappear!
