This event is designed to equip, encourage, and celebrate the volunteers who make Cub Scouting possible. Whether you are a brand-new Den Leader or an experienced member of your pack's leadership team, you'll leave with practical resources, fresh ideas, valuable connections, and renewed excitement for the year ahead.

What to Expect
Training and updates on current Cub Scouting programs and methods.
Opportunities to connect and share ideas with leaders and others from across the council.
Resources and tools to strengthen your den and pack.
Recognition and appreciation for your dedication to Scouting.
Fun surprises, prizes, and plenty of fellowship.
Free training and lunch provided --

For those traveling from a distance, lodging will be available on Friday night at the Reynolds Scout Training Center in the dorm for $10 per person. While dinner will not be provided Friday evening, light snacks will be available, and several dining options are located nearby.
Our training motto, "Every Scout deserves a trained and supported leader," is at the heart of this event. Just as importantly, every leader deserves the chance to recharge, grow, and be appreciated for the difference they make in the lives of young people.
